We completed the IQ Life Sciences project in Houston, Texas, installing a high-performance roofing system across 48,000 square feet (480 squares). The project featured a single-ply membrane system using Versico 60 mil TPO and Versico VersiCore PolyISO insulation, delivering durability and energy efficiency. Partnering with Northwest Metals, we ensured top-quality materials and expert installation for long-lasting protection.
