Preventative Maintenance
ERS can maintain your existing BUR, Modified, Single-ply, Metal Roof along with others. Regular maintenance protects your investment, prevents problems, increases performance, identifies problematic deficiencies, and avoids potential interruption of daily production and keeps your business running.
ERS will perform a roof survey to identify immediate and potential problems, establish a regular roof maintenance program with semiannual inspections, and execute repairs as needed.

Roof Coatings
Coatings create a seamless, watertight barrier and eliminate rust and corrosion. They even reflect away heat and harmful U/V radiation and surpasses R19 heat gain testing. You will save energy by reducing your cooling costs. Coatings greatly reduce thermal shock damage while improving your building’s appearance. Eliminates roof replacement expenses and provides you with a 10-15 year renewable leak proof warranty! If your roof is not a candidate for a coating system, we do offer total replacement.

Single Ply Membrane Roof Systems “PVC and TPO”
Single Ply membrane roof systems have been a vital part of the roofing industry for 40+ years and have continuously improved with advances in technology. Single ply roofing systems are designed by the manufacture to ensure code compliance to your UL, FM, ASTM, TDI, and Energy Star along with others. These systems are installed with minimal disruption to your daily operations, are very durable, and retain a long-term value while remaining sustainable. These systems are applicable to new construction and reroof applications/layover where the existing roof system will require no removal. These systems are installed by ERS which is a certified manufacture applicator and can be warrantied for 10-30 years. As an added benefit these single ply membrane systems have been made eligible for real property deduction by tax code Section 179 expansion.
Our Roof Installation Process
- Evaluate existing roof system to see if a recover is within manufacturers compliance and code requirements
- Prepare existing roof surface, penetrations, flashings, and parapet walls as per manufacturers specifications.
- Install approved recovery board.
- Install new roof system and flashing details
- Manufacturer’s inspection of roof installation for warranty guarantee.
