ERS has been performing roof evaluations, yearly inspections, roof repairs, exterior repairs and total reroof projects as well as new construction roofs for the Comcast Facilities Department since 2012 (total of 33 buildings). The roof was put into the Comcast Project Budget for full reroof in 2017. ERS had maintained the original roof until new leaks started to disrupt daily operations. ERS installed a Versico Roof System over the existing system. All problems were solved.

Since 2012 ERS has serviced UTLX with their Standing Seam Metal leak and replacement needs along with working on future budgeting. ERS has provided service calls from the minor roof leaks to major full Roof Coatings and Stand Seam Panel Replacement. ERS is a full service company.

Going back to 2003 Powell Industries Facility Manager at that time was looking for a roofing contractor that had the capabilities to address all their roof needs. Since then, ERS has been that contractor. We have handled metal repairs, metal replacement, roof and wall coatings and single ply roof membrane installations. You name it we have done it.
Wilson Road Plaza
The building owner upgraded the exterior of this retail center to improve its appearance for its tenants. Then it was time to address the many roof issues. The tenants reported multiple leaks due to the existing modified roof system failing at the seams over the majority of the roof area. The owner chose the Duro-Last Roofing System, they have other locations with this system and are very pleased with its performance.

Versico – VacuSeal Vent Secured System
Long time client, Inteplast Group, had a delimia. Their 450,000 square foot warehouse facility needed a new roof. ERS had maintained the roof but its “service life” had reached its end and repairs were becoming more and more costly.
Faced with the existing construction type, existing conditions, and most of all their budget, ERS along with Ian Wilson / Market Makers, Versico Roofing and VacuSeal presented the solution. After many months of sharing technical information, conference calls and system design the decision was made to choose the VacuSeal System for their facility. The project went smoothly, and the client could not be any happier.
Kentucky Fried Chicken Roof
This location was part of a yearly maintenance / upgrade program addressing national account stores with older out of service roofs experiencing multiple repairs and continuous leaks causing disruption to their daily operations. The roof issues were solved by installing a 50 mil Duro-Last Roofing Systems as per KFC specifications. Other restaurant facilities ERS has serviced include Burger King, Sonic, Dairy Queen, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A to name a few.
Leaking Ridgevent Repair
When old antiquated ridge vents lose their usefulness and provide nothing but leaks, ERS provides the solution.
This building was purchased a few years ago by a customer we’ve had a good working relationship for 12 years. We patched up many holes in the roof, but this unusually large continuous vent was going to be too costly to remove and fill in the hole.
Our solution is to cover the top with membrane. This will still provide some ventilation while keeping the water out. We’ve developed ways to improve most standard ridge vents from leaking but this one is far from standard and a poor design.
