McGee-Gibbs Building

We completed the McGee-Gibbs Building project in Spring, Texas, in August 2025. The job covered 8,250 square feet of metal roofing using the ASTEC Metal Roof Coating System. This advanced coating adds years of life to the roof by sealing out leaks and preventing rust. It also reflects heat, helping improve the building’s energy efficiency. Our team prepared the surface, applied the coating with care, and delivered a clean, durable finish built to handle Texas weather.
